How about you start walking and explore and do the quests you get for talking to a quest NPC.٩(͡๏̯͡๏)۶

You should be traveling the main roads until you hit a quest hub and speak with the npcs quest giver at the entrances. Or just travel the zone like a grid doing every quest you run into.
