How long does MageLight last?

I didn't see anything in tthe descriptuon that indicates this.

Does it have a active time, or does it work differently?

It's a toggle. It lasts as long as you have it toggled on. It's worth noting that unless you have it on both bars, swapping weapons will toggle it off. Also, any time you get a loading screen while going from one area to another (like entering a delve or dungeon, or going to another zone) it toggles off.

I have a quick followup.

Sometimes when I activate it, nothing happens.

I gave full Magical so that's not it.

When it's active your hands glow blue light, correct?

The visuals on it are a little buggy. Sometimes you can't tell by looking if it's toggled on or not. When it's on, the box on the skill bar will have a white border around it, and if you go to your character screen it should show up as an active buff.
