Lost entire skill bars, points and my weapons.

First things first I attempted to submit a ticket and surprise I was unable due to a random error with no explanation. So here I am.
As the title states, I just lost every weapon for my main hand. I have still have my off hand gear, so theres that. Too add to the hurt factor my skill bars are empty and my werewolf bar also. So basically I will have to spend gold to respect my character and just eat the gear I lost.

I have a single character out of 8 that has started randomly losing equipped armor. First was the chest piece about a week or so ago. Then my helmet went missing. I noticed that today. I logged out a little while ago and just got back on to fiND my shoulder pieces are missing.0 -

I tried to log out, power down also numerous times to no avail. I guess I'll just give it a few days to see if customer service gets back to me if not I'll move on. I honestly enjoy the game but I can't enjoy it if I'm always wondering if I'll lose all my gear and have to respect and buy gear to be able to play. Which is the point I am currently at.0
