Account Transfer/Copy From PC to Console - Do You Want (Or Need) This?

I'm wondering if there will ever be (paid or free) account transfers/copies from PC to console for those of us that either missed the deadline, or for anyone deciding further down the line that they'd like to give console a shot but not willing to lose all of their progress?
(And when I say account transfer, I mean characters, money, items, progress... as much as they are able to transfer/copy over so that we are not starting from scratch)

Many months ago this was promised, but to my disappointment it's only been fulfilled to those who bought the game June 30th, 2014 or earlier. Sadly I was 29 days late in my ESO purchase (even though I was apart of the beta) and I was told by the ESO support team to make my voice heard if I felt this passionate about the situation, so here I am!

Please vote to let them know if this is something they need to implement into the game ASAP rather than taking forever, as the console release is approaching. I know it wont happen overnight, but if some voices can be heard, maybe it'll go into consideration much sooner!

Thanks for your time and for voting!!! [:
I'd appreciate keeping the post bumped, as well. I'd really like to see feedback from as many people as I can.
Thanks again.

I think this would be a great item for the Crown Store. I'm still using my XBox 360 for some older games that aren't on XBox one so I don't want to go next-gen yet. But I might at some point in the future. It would be nice to be able to pay for a transfer at that time if it turns out that the console experience is better than the PC one.

I enjoyed the PC, but it did have a rough beginning. I think the consoles will be worth the long wait! I just want my characters and all my stuff. ]:

To clarify it's a copy not a transfer, you may continue playing your characters on the PC version afterwards.
    PC NA

    Karamis Vimardon, DC Templar (Magplar)
    Netara, DC Nightblade (Stamblade)
    Karamis, DC Sorc (Magicka)
    Hãderus, EP Templar (Healbot)
    Mr Twinkle-Toes, DC DK (Tank)

Good point. I'll actually change the phrasing in case it's throwing anyone off. ^_^

I, along with many others, was very unimpressed when playing the beta. I refused to pay for the game at all, that's not even including the overpriced subscription cost. After playing the promotional weekend I decided to make the purchase. I am very satisfied with the changes that have been made since the game first started and would like to continue playing on console once it's released and fully operational (patched).
I understand I have not been around or poured nearly as much money into the game as others have but I'm now a (mostly) satisfied customer who plans to continue playing and purchasing from ZOS. While they would be short the cost of the game I am inclined to subscribe on console once they start releasing content.

I would love to see this added again, I don't think that we should be forced into starting over just because we missed a one month period- especially those who have been with this game from the start, it would be nice to see this brought back.

If your planning on being an emperor or taking PvP serious. Imagine allowing PC players who have a year on the brand new console version to switch whenever. And as pointed out, its not a switch, you simply get the same character on both.

I feel higher level players would abuse the system, say, killing vampires in spawn, or WWs. Or one shotting everything in PvP.

Wait, the transfers are here...the few that there are, are already doing things like camping vamp or ww spawns. Farming CP and destroying anything in PvP while we new players simply try to level up to VR

No, the game already has enough people that transferred over. I wish the came up with something else for the PC gamers that wanted to switch over. There are too many VR 14 in pvp and the run through people, especially when they are emperor. NO MORE PC TRANSFERS

There are already enough complaint threads about PC players who transferred their high-level characters to console, I think allowing more would definitely drive more console players or potential players out of the game. Although, I also heard that they are going to be changing the way XP is gained in higher levels for this very reason... to allow lower level players better means of leveling up to reach those players- due to the extremely disproportionate means of leveling in the VR system.

I can understand all the ups and downs of allowing high level characters in on day one, but I still feel that's a sacrifice worth making and also one that's almost unavoidable on any MMO. There's always those who play the game for, what seems like, some amount of days straight and reach the max level. Most of us don't have that kind of time, desire, or luxury to do that, so that immediately puts a number of players wayyyyy ahead of the majority already, and thus the douch.e-baggery begins. It sucks, I'll admit, but I'd be willing to deal with it!!

Also, as for PvP, it's my understanding they have Vet and Non-Vet PvP Campaigns you can choose from. I've been playing in a non-Vet campaign and it's a ton of fun! There's lots of players, most are pretty low level, and lots of activity.

Alas, this is a poll for people to input their opinions and I respect that... I still want to push for transfers though!!! Pleaaaaase! D: I'm poor but I'll even pay for it. Take my money, Zenimax.

I really don't see the argument, honestly. I already transferred over and I enjoy going up against the vr14's. The only ones I haven't been able to kill are the ones who are already emperor (macilus if you're on the forums, I hate you lol). I have a level 36 DK that the v14's don't even like to 1v1 because he has ~45k health and 20k stam and mag and reflects their damage back at them (most of the v14's seem to be playing on sorcs). Most of these battle leveled characters can have more survivability than the v14's. You can give anyone a build no matter the level and if they're good then they can compete. If they are bad they will die whether it be on a v14 or level 36. There will always be people with more cp's than you. I only have 50ish cp's because once a character hits vet I usually delete him and make a new non-vet toon for the reasons I stated above. Battle leveled toons are op.

When that happens I think it will be time for me to leave the game.
I mean ZOS will be destroying the challenge of the game simply because they allowed these transfers to be done with a broken VR/CP system in place.

They will be fixing a problem by fixing a problem that should have never been a problem.
ESO is a great game, but when you have players that would rather "Delete a toon and make a fresh one because of the lack of End Game Content other than a stat bonus treadmill then devs really need to rethink their decisions!

Making the game easier will not fix ESO. It is already to easy.

8+ years ago when I thought of playing an Elder Scroll's game as an MMO my vision was not having the end game content being the character creation screen!

Anything useful that players are wanting added into the game all fall under the category of "Yer ruinin my 'mersion!" Sallington

It can not be done now without conflict. Mainly, the names of characters that were established on the PC side first. I was one of the very first players in the game so I have names such as Martin Septim, Uriel Septim, Magnus Septim & so on. Yes, I was that dude that grabbed most of the Septim family names lol. Since I own the names on the PC side, I did not bother to make them on the Xbox One as well. I do know people already have them however since I checked & they were all taken. I wouldn't want to spend money to transfer characters I worked on & be forced to have to change there names :P.
