Any build for level 45+ Templar for soloing group bosses/public dungeons and many more till V14 been using Reflective Light, Puncturing Sweep, purfying light, Blazing Shield and Inner Light with Crescent Sweep as unlimate so wonder if this would be good or any changes needed ?

I would drop purifying light, and throw in Blazing spear or Entropy for some extra damage. Purifying light is really only effective in groups where the maximum cap is reached easily and quickly.

Other than that throw heals on your second bar and you should be able to easily clear all public dungeons all the way up to VR 14, and all world bosses too (except a couple tougher ones, like that giant storm atronach guy)

If you go with a more heavy armour/S 'n B/blocking setup with high regens/lower dps, you can even solo most of Craglorn.

Add one of the Force Siphon (last skill on resto staff) morphs to your build, it'll add a ton of healing, I solo'd everything to VR14 with the Puncturing Sweep + Force Siphon combo. Force Siphon adds a large heal, that can crit, everytime your Puncturing Sweep hits the affected monster. So it pretty much more than doubles the healing you get per Sweep, meaning you can just spam it on bosses, and never die unless they can one shot you.

You might also want to switch to Empowering Sweep ultimate, as it will make you a lot tankier in public dungeons and tough areas like Craglorn.

I suggest you level resto staff, Force Siphon will make a huge difference.
