I've experienced this phenomena before; affecting enemies and as well as my own character. I've only noticed it happening this past month or so. The first time I experienced it on my character, I survived for a good 5 minutes with my HP dropping to 0% several times.

I do use a UI addon which displays health bars though, so I just assumed it had desynced from the actual health bars. I've only seen this occur in high lag situations, so I didn't think much of it (this game turns into a nightmare when it starts to lag; anything can happen, and there's no rhyme or reason to any of it).

None of this explains your experience considering there did not appear to be any lag in the video. I just wanted to inb4 closed due to naming and shaming.

ye, no lag on the video

also you can see health plate above the red head
its dropped to zero, and this plate cannot be replaced by any addon
so its not like in FTC you mentioned

I had a similar situation where I beamed one dude. Usually my beam does 16k on low health. That dude took 2k damage ticks and even on 0 HP he didnt bother to do anything lol. He had his weapons holstered and was just standing there. And no, it wasnt a "Lag" issue, was on haderus with 5 AD brigadiers(1 of them the strange dude) vs some randoms+me. no other fights going on.

Quite new to pvp but it seemed kinda fishy to me, reported him anyway.

wow... that's unacceptable. Did you post this on Reddit? ZOS seems much more concerned with Reddit. I think because it's public facing. If you post it there, you might get some more attention and better service.
