Cant send items to people
Im playing on XB1 and i am unable to transfer items to my friend. I go to to send mail to him, but every time i get an error message "player with that name does not exist" (or at least something to that effect). I know im typing his name correctly because it worked once, but every other time is a fail. Has anyone else ran into this problem or is there an alternate way to send items to people?

Same here. I can't even send a basic message. No matter who I try I get that message0

Did both, nothing. I can send messages on the EU server for some reason to one of my friends there, but nothing on the NA. I only went on the EU server day one because I couldn't get on NA. Have been playing NA ever since and havnr been able to send a message since on NA.0

Thalmont✭✭✭I have the same issue affecting 1 friend, I'll even go into the ingame friends list and click his name and select send mail and it still won't recognize his gamertag. I've sent mail to other people and can still send mail to other people just not him.
I've sent in a ticket fully describing the issue, if we all send tickets they might see it's a reoccuring issue and fix it quicker.0 -
Same issue here as well, on your second post i have been able to trade with people although if your trying to trade them armour or weapons you have already worn yourself you can't do that as as soon as you try it on the weapon/armour is bound to your character0

LadyDestiny✭✭✭✭✭Have the same issue with one friend. Can't get him into guild because it keeps saying account not found. So far nobody has been able to invite him to guild, but we can group with him and he shows up online on the group and friends list. Even tried removing him from friends and re-friending him in the game, but didn't work. So far he can't seem to get the right help except for the auto response from customer service. Going to be tough if he can't ever get into a guild. Never had an issue like this on any other game we have played together.0 -
Still having issue with sending mail. I'm a mailman and the mail must go thru! I have tried deleting friends then re-add them and this isn't working. I select their name from friend list, attach item then hit SEND. ERROR: There is no person with that name.0

UTG_Zilla✭✭✭Same here on X1, pretty sure they exist if you auto fill in their name eso, otherwise it's your fault you messed up a text (since I didn't add any letters myself, chose "send mail" to guild master)
Only way I've been able to "mail" someone is by sending them an Xbox message.0
