End game- do you have to pick up crafting and enchanting to get end gear or can you buy it ?

For your end game gear do you have to craft it and have it enchanted or can you pay others to do it? Have always been curious about this

I mean...you can definitely pay me to do it. What you craft and what others can craft will end up being the same (despite learned things like traits if you both don't have the same traits researched). Crafting it yourself doesn't implictly make it better than another person crafting it.0
