Well, that's pretty disappointing....Almost makes the entire experience I had on PC worthless: the cost of the game, the mandatory monthly subscription fees, all for my property rights to not be transferable to another server because I missed an exclusive Pre-order offer for a game that has been delayed for nearly a year...Best customer service response I've heard all day. Maybe ESO could consider re-offering that promotion for the $20 it was a few months ago. The value of the offer is going to diminish daily as players match their PC level characters until the opportunity for any revenue to cost will be at a negative. Tell the Execs, who knows, maybe they'll give you a raise.

As a console player, I'm happy it can't happen anymore. with the cp system threads I have read, I think it is greatly, greatly unfair for any PC players to transfer. Some may have 300cp already if it transfers. Some could have more. makes PvP pretty unfair and the ling end grind in general. Probably will get alot of hate for this, but as a new console player, its scary to think that some transfers not only have alot of cp but are continually grinding more( not to mention the death squads at vamp and we seem to be all transfers as most are veteran rank). Any PC players understand where I'm coming from? Be like eso dropping foe u guys with max level characters already in play. Any cosole player new to the series and thought they would be the first emperor is sadly mistaken. For me emperor is a goal, a huge one, and just awesome in general. Now I feel ill never reach it with all the transfers as their chats will continue to grow n mine is trying to reach 40.

You could still get emperor on the non vet campaign, I have seen many people do it, I myself when 1st playing the game leveled too fast and before I knew it I was VR1.

And you could still get it on the Vet campaign you just have to be there all the time, at one point I was playing one of the weekly campaigns and I got to # 5 on the leaderboard, just because I was generating AP alot and I was constantly PvP'ing... so it is attainable.. it's just not easy..
