I still have not received my in game content for buying the Imperial edition /Explorer pack. Your twitter account told me to talk to Xbox support, then Xbox support told me to come to you guys because they could not help me. Could you please help me guys? I would really like to get what I paid for. I've waited patiently for almost a week now.

    Same, still not have the Explorer's Pack benefits. Opened 3 tickets, all unanswered, one had a generic copy-pasted answer. Come on what's happening Zeni!

    Almost two weeks and still no access to content I bought and no response from support. Pretty sure this is against the law, is it nit? Just give me a dn legitimate response as to why I do not have my content I paid for!
