Running out of quests.

SirGreenDay
I'm a L18 sorcerer in AD.

I'm out of quests for my level.

I have a couple repeatable dungeons, but the quests I have all are above my level. 20+ .

How do I find more quests?

I read or heard that each zone contains a different range of level quests. Is this true?

I've looked at the world map, but don't see any black quest icons. Do I just randomly visit each zone looking for quests?

Thanks.

It could be a cause if you did not go to a smaller island called Kern*mubbles as never sure on the rest of this word* Roost at the start. if you missed the starting island but this would normally affect you at the end of Auridon rather then Grahtwood though. Have you done a lot of exploring not all the quests are in obvious places and you will have to explore of the beaten track?

When you complete the main quest line through a zone it will tell you the next zone to move on to where you will find more quests.

    Yes, I explore all over.

And I've been to the island you're referring to.

If the story directed me to a specific zone, then obviously, I would go there.

And if there are quests available, shouldn't its quest marker appear on the map, no matter where its located, or are you saying that not ever available quest will have a marker?

The starter island + the first zone should get you to about level 18. Move on to the next zone, Grahtwood.

This is one of the times where I am not sure if there is a difference between console and PC. With PC unless you have already started the quest chain no marker will show up on the map. A marker will show up on the compass if you are close, but only if you are close you can not see where all the quests are located without addons. I am unsure if console works on the same principal.

As for not getting a quest to go to the next zone that does suggest you have not complete the main quest through the zone the "alliance quest" as it is sometimes referred and normally has something to do with your alliance leader or the over arching story of the zone. So once you completed that it will point you were to go.

You should not be out of quest at that level in way should you be.

Now if you are one of those that skipped half the quest and blasted to 42ish. Then yes might be stuck grinding to 50.
Anything useful that players are wanting added into the game all fall under the category of "Yer ruinin my 'mersion!" Sallington

When you do all the quests on a map, you'll get an achievement for it.

    haven't got the achievement yet?
there are quests out there you haven't done!

If you can't find more quest or you have no more, it's the point whre you have to grind (not recommended) or just explore and collect skyshards, you will get to 20 soon enough or you can always try you'r luck with level 20+ quests

Actually, you don't even have to do all of the quests in a zone to get the achievement - just most of them. So if you get the achievement for a zone you know that there are a couple of quests in that zone which you haven't done yet, but you've done the vast majority of them. Don't have the achievement? Then there are a bunch of quests in the zone you haven't done yet.

I have a quest called CHASING SHADOWS.

It says to go to The Harborage.

It doesn't say WHERE this is and if I try to press the Square button to show its location on the map, it says it can't show it.

    Unbelievable.

This game makes navigation ridiculously difficult. I've never played an MMO that won't show you a quests location on the map.

How am I supposed to find its location??

Hit M bring up your map. Harborage looks like a cave.

The Harbourage is in Aurodin for AD. So it may be that you are just looking at the wrong part of the map.
