I've tried Google, and these forums, but every search with 'Treasure' in just comes up with Treasure Maps. What I really would like to know, is... Do treasure items, e.g. stolen from desks, backpacks, etc. have a purpose. Some say they are paints and some are ribbons, thought maybe there would be a way to use said paints or ribbons, but no use option? Is there a guy I trade them in for stuff with? Or is it literally just fencing crap?
