Does que for dungeons work on Xbox? I've never gotten in

I've qued for dungeons several times through the group finder, I have 6 dungeons available at my level and i always que for all. I've played for hours at a time while in que and not once gotten in. Is this broken or just no one using it?

SURxR3AL✭✭✭Yeah it's broken...the pc group finfer is broken too since its installment but then again pc get text chat so they can still get a group togeter...all we got is group finder and its brokenNA Server (Xbox One)

As far as EU goes, DPS have a nightmare wait. Ive got a level 48 Sorcerer who has only ran 4 dungeons. Been queuing since level 10 everyday of playing.
