Yeah, I've posted multiple issues and reported bugs in game and never hear back either. Bugged quests, UI interface errors. I guess since its a free game and they have our money we're all up a creek in their opinion.
I sent all the evidence that showed i bought the imperial. i showed the Irish Consumers act which clearly says i'm entitled to a refund as item i received was not what was described. so what does he do. adds 2000 crowns to my account to buy the 2100 imperial edition.. REALLY. how do i buy a item worth 2100 with 2000 crowns? "this is why this problem hasn't been sorted out yet because they cant even add". i should have received 4000 to buy both imperial and adventure. there is no hope this problem will even be sorted by Xmas at this rate. rant over lol

@Eruamon Just so you are aware, you will never get a response from a bug reported in game. In game bug reports are super helpful to them, but they are different than help tickets. If you are looking for a response be sure to submit a help ticket (but do also keep up reporting bugs with the in game bug report too!)

yea man its freakin lame, i got one response to my support ticket... in 48 hours. replied back as quick as possible now Im playing the waiting game again. This is almost worse than EA's support team
