PvErs are constantly complaining about PvP influencing the games direction when a large percentage of posts about PvP are actually coming from those who mostly PvE. Just take a quick glance at most of the players that respond to AvA polls...

I think we and ZOS would be slightly more informed with this level of transparency when reading forums so that feedback can be tempered accordingly. Maybe ZOS knows who is most experienced or active in PvP and correlate this with forum comments. But ZOS actions and responses are not consistent with this.

No, lots of time in Cyrodiil and a high alliance rank does not necessarily make you a good PvPer. And it doesn't mean that having never entered Cyrodiil you've nothing of value to contribute either. Chances are higher that if you've achieved rank 20 or more at this point you're certainly speaking from a more experienced PoV than those who have not.

I'm not advocating the link to @name as a hard requirement for this discussion as these forums don't require active in-game accounts.
