Becoming a vampire or werewolf is something highly sought after and competitive. If they allowed everyone to accomplish this feat easily it would lose a lot of its draw. They are spawning, though nobody is quite positive where there are theories. Look it up. Keep trying. There are plenty of vampires out there I've seen em and I am in process of becoming one, so chin up.0
