My character is stuck in the Floor on mage guild quest relogged and reset still stuck

Mage guild quest level 8 I think where you get teleported to that place I got teleported into floor reset etc no fix tried warping to the nearest town paying the gold but even that won't work kinda need help cause I can't play anymore. Also my friends gamertag Makejam he is stuck in the sky almost in space still and can't play but was too lazy to ask for support. Would be good to have some help

Try doing a hard reset of your console. You can achieve this in one of two ways.

Hold the power button on the console for roughly 10ish seconds or until it actually turns off.
Unplug its power supply.

If you try to turn it off via controller or saying "Xbox off" it simply puts it into sleep mode and is not a hard reset. Note, by turning it off this way, you can't turn it on with Kinect and will have to use the controller jewel or press the button on the console.

I've had this bug happen to me a few times. This bug along with quite a few others are usually fixed by doing a hard console reset.

True thanks alot for the help I'll try if when I'm home from work, I wonder if there is a setting to change get to the console to make it completely off every time you turn it off then so it uses less power and gives the console a chance to reset properly? I'll tell my mate

Also I'm an idiot and didn't realise you can't play with your mates if they are in the different alliance so I'm pretty much screwed with that unless I make a new character I'm pretty sure

Also where is the best cheapest mount to buy in the game? Been saving up as I don't have the Imperial edition, guess I can be cheap and just buy crowns with real money that's pretty lazy but it's hard to play mmorpgs working full time and still have a life haha
