That's the part that is upsetting. The EMP buff is NOT that big of a game changer... why go after those people while there are people running around with 500 CP (a good chuck of which was obtained when CP was bugged those first few weeks.)
Why not take away CP from those that "earned" it by grinding stuff that Zos did not intend to be grindable?
I'm just saying taking away earned bonuses b/c Zos didn't intend for the consequences of their system is a slippery slope. Why stop at EMP buffs?
Sound like most of you are unsubbed already, I'm sure you all had a big ole farewell complaint before you unsubbed. This is mine. That little buff was a nice reminder that I did something in game that a lot of people couldn't do, and I didn't do it on an empty server. Taking away even a small part of that sucks, and I would like zos to know that that's all.

Garwulf✭✭✭An ex emperor should be hung drawn and quartered publicly for being a failed Emperor. The Emperor system was badly implemented from the start. In the current game an ex Emporer basically tells us all "I am an AP Farmer" . AP Farming and an emperor sytem without a punishment for failing as Emperor is really stupid.1 -

But in all seriousness...
You get more return by just grinding CP than any former emp passive could give you.
I think maybe some true min/maxers' goal might have been to max out champion points AND have former emperor passives...

If you are going to quit the game over losing the silly Former Emperor buffs, I wonder why you are still here. It literally took me 2 full days of playing to get this and to have it ripped away because a few bad apples abused your not so good system is just wrong!
Will anyone else be unsubbing because of this change? Seriously, this is one of the hardest things to do in game if you're not in a Zerg blob guild
(the real problem you need to fix).
This is very not cool ZOS. The day you implement this is the day you will cease to receive a single penny from me. (I've been fully subbed since early release)
So I ask the rest you legitimate former Emps out there, Who's coming with me?
On the upside, you get to keep the important part: the title!

Nothing added since then has made me want to re-sub.
But by all means, cancel your sub over something trivial. That will show Zo$.
