"Community Vision"? How about just saying; "Rules"

I think many newer/younger players are completely missing the "rules" sticky because it is called "community vision" which, to be honest, sounds like a cheap Mall Optometrist's office.
Mayhaps it should just be called what it is?
...A "Here is a thread to open to find out where we posted the Rules." Thread.
Or, better yet....makes "The Rules" a sticky instead of having it sort of hidden under the "news" section?

Yes.
I feel that THAT should be "the" sticky at the top of the "general Forum" because...
1. People don't see "Community Vison" and think "Oh, look! It's the rules for this forum!".
2. People generally come straight to the "general" forum when they get a new game...it just happens. They don't say; "Let's look under the "News" section to see if the "Rules" are posted there.". So, not having the ACTUAL rules posted in the most used forum actually gives "a certain type" of forum user an excuse to "not know it was against the rules".
