http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/1505718/#Comment_1505718Hey folks! The ESO Plus bonus can indeed be combined with the Rings of Mara. And don't forget that there's the grouping bonus as well. So, yes, the bonuses do stack. Hope that helps.

The 10% XP stacks with ESO+, which stacks with PvP buffs, which stacks with XP potion buffs.
With an ESO+ membership, if you have every XP buff active you can get 81% XP increase:
50% XP potion
11% PvP buffs
10% Mara ring
10% duo group buff
Btw, you get all those buffs without an ESO+ membership if you either buy the rings with crowns or cancel an existing sub after purchasing the rings.The Legendary Nothing0
