STUCK ON BLEAKROCK! PLEASE HELP ME

I, along with many other players that I'm watching jump around and shoot at an invisible person right now, am stuck on Bleakrock. I finished all the missions on it. I've visited every area. I even tried the Wayshire thing and it just sent me right back to Bleakrock. Any help would work. Just get me off of this freaking island. I'm going crazy!

✭✭Just to the left of the marina/docks, there is a Nordic Burial Tomb. You have to meet the Captain out front, then escort the villagers through the dungeon.
Once out the other side, you get the option for a boat ride to Morrowind.
