Crashing in PvP then an hour wait to even get back in

i dont know how many times ive been in a big guild group in pvp then all of the sudden my game crashes, then i try to log back in but no i got a 20 min wait to get to my character then queing up for my campaign im 120 in the queue and thats like a 30 min wait to get back in to pvp...then when i do get in i got another 5 min loading screen to go from keep to keep.......this is getting to ridiculous please tell me you guys are fixing this.
