Ps4 group finder?

so currently im playing a transferred vr8. Have had no luck with group finder. I was wondering if thats just because there arent many people my level? For those of you starting fresh, have you found groups using the tool? Trying to debate if its worth starting a nee character to play the group content or if thats a waste of effort

I think group finder is basically broken. I can't find a group on my lvl 10 or lvl 31 either.

Damn thats disappointing. So many group dungeons to be done. No groups to do them with

craglorn has become a waste of space it seems

I find groups for low dungeons, but mostly i just wait outside the dungeon and get a group that way.
