Can't get the Imperial horse

I have the Imperial Edition of ESO, but for some reason I can't find out how to get the Imperial horse. I see its unlocked, but when I get to the stables it is not there. Also I don't see it under the mount section on the crown store either.

Cklaird22Soul ShrivenI also am experiencing the exact same issue. Its frustrating knowing I've spent extra money for something I can't use. I've also sent 3 other emails asking customer support for help and have not received a reply to any of them. Poor show Bethesda.0

very frustrating. i understnd that u guys are very busy right now.
1. didnt get any imperial gear
2. bought 3000 crowns on psn store for 20.99eur and didnt get them
3. bought ESO Plus on psn store for 12.99eur and didnt get that either
rang psn support and they told me to it was a developer issue and they cant help me
please fix that, dont wont to have lost those 33.98eur1 -

ZOS_JessicaFolsomCommunity ManagerHey folks, for those of you reporting no "Imperial gear" we'd like to clarify what this means and have you double check. When you purchase the Imperial Edition, you don't get a gear set, you get the Imperial crafting style, which allows you to make Imperial racial style armor and weapons. Could you check your crafting racial styles and see if the Imperial one is there?0

Okay, good. Thank you for the speedy confirmation, @Cklaird22! It's probably not selectable because you don't have any of the necessary Imperial-style material (Nickel) in your inventory.

I don't understand what you mean if we got the collectors edition we get the imperial edition and explore pack and with just the imperial edition we get to play as a imperial and get a mount and a pet and rings and we can't select any of that0 -

I think it's just confusion over use of the word "gear". Gear refers specifically to armour and weapons, and you do not get any armour or weapons with the Imperial Edition, just the opportunity to craft them in the Imperial style.I don't understand what you mean if we got the collectors edition we get the imperial edition and explore pack and with just the imperial edition we get to play as a imperial and get a mount and a pet and rings and we can't select any of that

If you get the Imperial Edition, you should have the option to choose an Imperial on the character creation screen.
These items don't appear in your inventory, you have to pick them up. The pets and Pledge of Mara (which is what you use to get the Rings of Mara) appear in your mailbox. You need to retrieve them from your mail first (let us know if you need instructions on how to do that?)
For the Imperial horse, you simply need to go to your Collections tab, and it should be there.
Could you try all that?

I contacted Sony they told me I did use the code right they gave me a reference number to show that so definitely a problem with ESO I am sure you all fix it soon0 -

It is possible for our Support team to look and see what entitlements you have on your account, yes. You will need to submit a Support ticket in order for them to do so. Have you done that yet?
(Also, I posted a correction in my post above this one. The Imperial horse actually appears in your Collections, not Stablemasters anymore. Sorry for the wrong info!)

i puchased imperial edition digittal on release i also purchased crowns none have appeared in game . no i cannot select any race and no i did chekck the mail. i have 2 friends with the exact same issue and one of them purchased the hard copy of the game with a redeem code for imperial and that didnt work either. sony has iinformed me its a developer issue and my email ticket with eso just replied with a generic email telling me what i should have AND I DONT have any of it. i seriously need some answers here and so do my friends and ther countless other people across ps4 and xbox facing this issue. i am sick of seeing people run past me on a horse please give me some sort of confidence a solution is coming soon i am loosing patience here0

@kashatka You can only craft in the Imperial style straight away if you are an Imperial. With the Imperial Edition, you can also transform any gear you have to the Imperial style regardless of race (which binds it to you so you can't sell it to other players), but non-Imperials must learn the crafting style separately in order to craft in it.
