In-Game friend list and mail issues

On Xbox One, the in-game friend list does not reflect everyone on my Xbox friend list playing this game.
In addition, the in-game mail system does not consistently work even for those who are on the friend list, stating "Error: There is no player with that name". This is clearly not the case, as the person shows up as a player on my friend list. In some cases the problem is one way (ie one person can mail the other, but not vice versa), and it some cases it is both ways. Many of my friends have reported similar problems.
Is this a known bug that the developers are working to fix.

•You can try removing your friend completely from the Xbox One or PlayStation 4 friends list, then re-adding them through the ESOTU UI.

MrSuplex✭✭Thanks MissBizz. I looked at the console bug thread, and posted in it, but its a huge, all-encompassing thread that was hard to find the appropriate detail in.
As long as the devs are aware and working on a fix I'm all good. Thanks.
