EP has 2 times the amount AD has but AD is still winning thanks to the Low Enrollment Bonus - This is Total Bull Crap! - If you want to Even out PVP - then Introduce Small Scale PVP - You Make Large Scale PVP - then Award them for Not Being Large Scale - You can't have it both ways - I can see a small bonus - But the Bonus Amount they are Currently Getting is Ludicrous!
