So this has happened before, but I took notice of it today. Previously I just thought my game had to update or I had to leave combat.

I was in a Cyrodiil Dungeon, and my armor was almost broken. At the time, I had 2 Crown Store Repair Kits. I used one, nothing happened. I used another, my armor was repaired. This happened before, however like I said earlier, I thought my armor just had to update and it would be repaired in a minute or so.

Really frustrating because these repair kits cost crowns.
