Why i dont like the crafting quests...

Jeddite_Eso
1st there are hirelings that mail to character not to account and that makes you go with each character to bank 1 by 1 and deposit what you get

2nd there are the quest that you need to get 1 not so common rune like Denima or Rede and you have to go again 1 by 1 get that rune from bank with each character ...

I think all will be much happier if for example we need to give not 1 but 3 Ta runes, or 10 bottles with water instead of 3 nirnroot just cause it's much easier to keep them in you cause you get many.
The gear quests are fine and the food is ok also, but those that make go to bank again and again makes me mad. :(

    1) No you don't, your mailbox is account-wide, I'm surprised you've not discovered that by now. Yes, you have to log each crafter in but they don't have to actually DO anything once the mail arrives, you can CHOOSE to use your last crafter to bank all items.

    2) True, butnot every character is going to need runes, are they?

I play several characters. Only one of them is an enchanter and alchemist, so runes, solvents and flowers/mushrooms are kept in her inventory - and she is also the only character doing writs for those 2 professions. To be fair, I have found that the rewards she gets are more than enough to supply all my other characters with glyphs and potions... do you really need to do those writs on all your characters? If it's such a hassle, and such a time sink, maybe it's not really worthwhile.

I then have my main crafter doing the cloth-smith-wood writs, and everyone in the "team" does provisioning writs because those just require keeping 6 batches of the right recipes in their inventory, so it takes 5 minutes a day to complete a writ while also giving the horse some training - basically the provisioning writ rewards pay for the daily horse upgrade. Maybe this scheme will also work for you? Writ recipe rewards can then be sold for extra pocket change.

as @KerinKor said above, you do not need to collect the mail on each character - as long as you log on to them the mail gets sent to your account inbox. So you can log to character 1, do a writ + feed horse, then do the same on character 2 and 3 etc, then collect all mail attachments on the final character...

Just a simple hint: Keep a stack of Denima, Rede, Ta etc. on your char (more than 1, not deposited in bank). Same with food, plants, water. I noticed the quest tasks don't vary a lot, so you only need very few inventory spaces, and it's not that hard to create a bunch of green food at once.
This saves you a *lot* of running, each and every day.

No. Just keep a stock in your bank - the runes you need, the potions you've created and the food/drink.

Your writs will only require four potions (health, stam, magica, ravage health), three foods and three drinks (mine require Carrot Slurry, Cheese and Apples, Argonian Rabbit, Sipping Tonic, Chai and Brandy). Add in a stack of Ta, Rede, Denima as well as Nirnroot and Water and you're sorted. As potions and food stack to 200 you can produce all of these in one (laborious) go - then you are sorted. Oko, Makko and Deni are needed for making glyphs.

    Uses 14 bank slots.

So for Provisioner, Enchanter and Alchemy writs all I have to do is create one glyph - all the rest is just taken out of the bank :)

Armour and weapons don't stack in your inventory, so you have to create these for each writ.
