ok. so the addon like auction house will be very popular and usefull AFAIK
and its allowed and not banable, i guess
we will start working on such addon soon

As I explained really in depth on another MMO forums, markets are a very alive thing. They are self optimizing, self healing.

ESO is no different. Players create and are markets and markets have an irresistibile and unstoppable push at optimizing themselves.
An important optimization component is to remove any pricing barrier any market segregation. This includes removing barriers between guild stores, the only way to allow prices to self optimize and bid / ask spreads to tend to zero.

In other MMOs (like EvE) players invented EvECentral and then a lot of subsequent "aggregators" (I participated building one of them and then made a free software to gather markets data from the client cache), and so happened in GW2 (I gave some price bars implementation tips to create GW2Spidy).

If the current project failed, is because it's so bad it wins over the collective desire to aggregate markets into one. That's it.

I've never been rich or gotten any money in any of the MMORPGs I've played for the last 15 years because of those same people who spend countless hours a day with the sole intention of reading the market and exploiting it to earn money at the expense of the casual players and the people who are actually playing the game and not the market.

That's true for MMOs with very thin auction posting fees. GW2 and ESO impose heavy fees exactly to prevent this kind of behaviour.

Also, a MMO is a multiplayer oriented game as you love to say, market trading is the most multiplayer oriented PvP gameplay you can find in a game.
Markets playing is a mini-game per se and for those into those things, it's very satisfying, much more than clearing AA for the 100th time. Because markets are never the same and because when trading, you can win but also lose a lot.

Even today, without a global AH, somebody could do what I have done in other MMOs and gather data enough to build proper bar charts, predict trends and earn as much wealth as he wants. It takes very little effort, the building blocks to do that are already here.

My friend has an idea for an global auction house addon and found out it was already made it was called ESO Outpost
this is a very usefull idea, IMO

But the site was shutdown and the addon was discontinued.
rightnow ESOutpost.com redirecting to the tf2outpost.com
Looks like ZoS really doesn't want an addon like this.
It was in early stages where they didn't have an external program to upload it to the site. You could link your item and than post it on the site. Thing is it was shutdown.

I wonder who shut it down? (sarcasm)

The addon was updated last month though and you can use the addon with some errors because of the new patch but yah the site is gone which makes me believe that ZoS shut it down.

Sites take time and resources to maintain. Best reason is they quite elderscrolls and saw no point in supporting the site.

Still you are right, their should be an area where there are Guild AH vendor that displays all the Guilds who won hiring the other less convenient placed vendors.
