✭✭If I remember correct veteran arena has a minimum level requirement, but the normal version surely doesn't. Intended levels are v13 for normal and v14 for veteran arena as the loot will have this level.
But as said before, if you have a group that can complete veteran dungeons without major problems you should give it a try.0 -
