Armory or guild traders I would avoid buying anything though until your a higher level.

Exactly what I thought. In all his posts, he calls it EOS, no ESO, despite being corrected TONS of times. Ontop of that the degree of the question.... it just screams troll.

Kind of a silly and harmless troll though. Each thread could have a single post with the answer and everyone else could move on with their lives. People here are easily provoked though

How dare you say that about me!

In the event that OP is not a troll (I'm too lazy at the moment to actually go check his previous posts), I wouldn't ever buy weapons or armour from an NPC vendor, except maybe a PVP vendor in Cyrodiil. This is because while you're leveling you can just use armour that you craft yourself, or whatever drops as loot and quest rewards, instead of wasting loads of gold on gear that's not even as good as what you can get elsewhere. When you're high enough level to start doing VR content, then you start looking more closely at what your gear is like, and making sure it's high quality. You don't get high quality gear from NPC vendors, except maybe in Cyrodiil where they sell set pieces.
