XBOX CANNOT SEND INGAME MAIL!

everytime i try to send mail to another player i get the an error that say there is no player with that name?
it has been happening for a week now for me, but apparently everyone else can send mail?

Very well known issue. ZoS has stated they're trying to fix it, as I recall.

If that's username then u need the @ in front. At least it's like that in the PC version.

This is a known issue I think, this will be fixed for consoles in the update that will be coning out

I have only had that problem when I try to send mail to one person everyone else it seems to be working for when I send them mail.

@LEGENDARYYY It's Different on Console, you can send mail from the friends list in-game through the social tab , and it just uses their xbox live gamertag.
