I can also say I have the same issue just for the EU megaserver. The lack of information and response has become maddening on this issue.
I have tried everything: reinstall, router settings, port forwarding, bypassing the router, and even using a different network.

Sorry, I just don't know what else any of us having this issue could do.
I know how much this sucks, considering I have friends who are playing without this issue and I just want to play with them.
