Largest/favorite alliance?

The Ebonheart pact has to be not only my favorite alliance, but the biggest one.

Why I say this is because on davons watch, using my primary EP character, it's always as crowded as the streets of Times Square during a Saturday afternoon, especially in peak hours. Not to mention there's always a skirmish on the starved plain.

Now I made a secondary character, same exact looking nord female, in the aldmeri dominion. The first town seemed to be a tad deserted, albeit I even logged on during peak hours.

Now I will level up my secondary AD character and see how it goes on. But the point of this thread,who believes is the biggest faction. And favorite, just voicing my opinion here, My alltime favorite is the Ebonheart Pact, second is Aldmeri dominion, I feel as though the Daggerfall Covenant is a tad lame, said in no offence to the covenant or it's members.

Aldmeri dominion is my favorite alliance. Daggerfall covenant seems like a pretty nice alliance. Ebonheart pact is the only alliance I actually don't like. Mainly because I'm tired of snow and cold weather I guess, but that alliance never appealed to me and on top of that, the races aren't my favorite ones.

On which is the most populated one I can't really tell. Seems like EP would be the most populated one considering they're usually full on most pvp campaigns and always seems to be doing the best on the scoreboard on the pvp side.

Im new and the only alliance i choosed so far is AD, which im enjoying cant compare to the others though of course. I'd agree that EP dominates PvP though.

I have been a dunmer player ever since TES:Daggerfall, though of course, really loved their culture when it was presented in TES:Morrowind. So, naturally I may be a bit baised... but... even in ESO, I like the Ebonheart Pact best. I think they have a great story, and unlike the others, one that actually well establishes their involvement in the three banners war...
Also, I like their regions better then the others, though that's more a personal thing. Stonefalls especially brings back a lot of pleasing memories from playing Morrowind, and I like the differences in their lands... from volcanic to swamplands, from thundra to plains... its neat and varied.

My secondary faction would be the Aldmeri Dominion I suppose, much of it for the vision of Queen Ayrenn... though the elitist, racist and bigoted altmer racidals you stumble over every third quest kinda leave a bad aftertaste for the whole alliance. Also, their lands are mostly forest, which is nice enough, but... gets a bit "more of the same" after a while...

Daggerfall Covenant takes third place then, though in some sense they are the most "classic" of factions, covering standard medieval fantasy with the breton lands, and a touch of thousand and one nights with hammerfell... with the mismatch of the orcs not quite fitting in, but being there anyhow... but personally, their stories and lands have the least appeal to me.

Biggest faction? Good question... the guess of it being EP may even be correct... though you can hardly say it for certain, since many people have alts in all alliances.

I agree with the ts on population.

I levelled up a character in the Pact last week and did all zones, quests, dolmens etc. And i never struggled with finding people to help out with worldbosses, public dungeons or dolmens.

However. In june/july last year i levelled up my female sorc in AD and there i could wait for hours in the different zones.

But with that being said i fight for the Queen in pvp the rare times i do it.
