First dungeon bug

At the end of kings of the grotto
it says to speak to Vila theran.
but she doesn't spawn, she's invisible, but her name hovers when you go near the marker.
I've done this twice now, everyone else is leveling and leaving
but she just glitches out all the time for me.
Becoming quite bothersome with all the other glitches I've ran into.
i can't tell people to wait, so I don't get chance to see what's wrong before the dungeon boots me.

✭✭Solution on PC for this kind of stuff was usually a relog and the npc would appear. Do you have an equivalent to relog on a console?
Another thing is that sometimes having an unfinished Dungeon quest in your journal would somehow (darned if I know why technically) interfere with completing a different quest. Had a GM one time spend a couple hours with me ingame sorting that one out. So maybe check your journal for something like that?
Also, if you have to redo the dungeon anyway, drop the quest beforehand and restart it.

✭✭✭✭✭Yeah, if it doesn't seem to be bugging for others, highly recommend dropping the quest completely and then pick it up next time you go to do the dungeon. Not sure if this would be related to the general invisible NPC issue or not? Anguished✭✭I had to get off the game, l'll drop the quest, but I forgot who gave it lol. If that doesn't work all I can think of is if I delete the updates in the ps4 log, if that doesn't work then.. I have no idea. Thanks for the help guys, an I missing any good rewards if I just skip this dungeon? It's been a thorn in my side for a few days now.

✭✭✭✭✭Well, it's been a LONG time since I did my first dungeon... but the very first dungeon you actually pick the quest up from an Undaunted guy in your starter city inn.
Although, not sure that since you spoke to him and dropped it... it might appear as soon as you enter the dungeon.

✭✭All the Group Dungeons have the quest inside, either at the beginning or a little farther in, so that won't be an issue. If you can fix it, do so, you can probably use the skill point and the Undaunted points for first time completion.
