No. If someone bid on the wrong trader, all you can do is change the bid amount.

Monday morning at 8am EDT on the PC servers.

I assume it's the same for console (I think it says it on the Guild Trader interaction when you are placing/updating a bid).

If you (or someone else in your guild who can place bids) is online at that time, you can try and find a free trader and hire them for 100g if you have lost the bid.
