I did the provisioning certification quest in Auridon's first main city you start out in when you do the Aldmeri Dominion quest line. I did the blacksmithing certification with no issues. I talked to the guy in the Mage's Guild to learn provisioning. He said okay and went out the door and must have went to another dimension because I could not find him on my map. No marker but the quest still showed at the upper right. I can learn provisioning on my own, but this quest is still stuck on my active quest list. I think I logged out and back on and it was still there. Not a big issue, but annoying.
