I would like to congratulate you on releasing a excellent RPG game. It is pretty much a visual carbon copy of the pc version minus addons BUT, the multiplayer function has been removed and here is why. Proximity voice chat on a console is an enormous fail, at least in the games current state. I would guess 90% of players have turned it off and those that don't you hear all sorts of things from snoring to things that make you consider calling 911 about. Don't get me wrong the game itself is great on console, the controls take some getting used to but it plays well and is fun, for a while. The thing is I feel like nearly everyone is playing it as a single player game, unless you went in with friends, it is difficult to find anyone to do anything with. I have found it difficult to do things that take seconds in a PC mmo The lack of text chat with no suitable replacement is simply not acceptable. I mean come on guys there is no one asking for help, no one talking politics, no guilds spamming their recruitment blurbs and no one trolling! Trading is much harder then on PC version unless a guild member wants what you have it will sit for days, weeks who knows.

I know there a few things in game like dungeon group finder and so on to help find parties but the basics on what make an MMO an MMO have been stripped away. Think back to some of the things that made you light up when you logged into your first MMO and for me at least one was the ability to chat with someone from Russia or Sweden as we were in the same room. I just think that if some changes are not made then the console'ers will soon be bored and the game will be as vacant as a wall-mart when a union moves in. Below are a couple things that can be added quickly to help improve the console version immensely.

1. PC & XB1
2. On in party only
3. If text chat is not an option then we need the ability to search for guilds for players to join. Thumbing through Reddit for guild posts might be reminiscently fun but isn't that taking 10 steps backward as far as development goes?
4. A Trade forum needs to be established where players can advertise their goods on the official forums.
