I think you wil find by the fact that they make you read and agree to a new one they have met their obligations under the law

You do realise that we in the UK, you know, where English was created, spell words correctly, with other English speaking countries changing them to suit themselves. He/She spelt it right.. in the UK and Ireland anyway.
