Why don't the PVE map icons appear in cyrodiil unless you are at the two home wayshrines ?
I wasted much time travelling across cyrodiil having to go back and forth to the PVE wayshrines just to mark a map for a place I had visited but not completed.
Is there some good reason to not include these icons in cyrdiil ???
