✭✭✭✭✭You need to complete achievements that are marked with a pot of dye next to the title. Those will unlock dyes when completed.
You can find your achievements in the Journal tab ...
You can also click on a dye in the dye window and it will take you to the achievement needed to unlock that dye.

I did not answer anything falsely, you asked "am I the right level to get bitten?" And I answered "no", absolute truth. If you want more detail, be clear about what you're wanting to know.
And here, you tell me to stay away if I don't have a "real" answer, but you didn't ask a "real" question, you just told us what you had. Questions look something like this: "I have 5 dyes and want more, how do I get them?", "I want blue armor, how do I get that?", or even the simple but foolproof "how do I unlock dyes?".
