    I assume your math includes damage done to different classes of players by the various forms of siege available with and without purging abilities, and shows that abilities that remove debuffs are not essential to surviving siege?
    I think those calculations could be very useful to this thread, and perhaps even the ZOS team, if they're considering changes to purge/cleanse/purify abilities.
    Could you post them please?
    A recording of the testing would be most helpful, but if you don't have that, then just the numbers from all the tests and the calculations should suffice.

    Just ask Tripwyr to do it for you.

    i think instant removal (insta cast purge) should be a self only feature to abilities (like dark cloak) and if they were to balance purge/etc they should consider giving other classes a similar option to allow small groups an edge and give large groups the ability to delegate but at a decided cost in mobility.

    with a cast time it'd still be an effective counter to siege but not a cure all dps reduction to spam and negate DoT's.

    Or make it siege only effect removal and instant. Something that add's a dimension to this game beyond 1 second burst dmg.
