Secrets and surprises vs. stability

It's all well and good for ZOS to play things close to their vest and pop surprises on us. But an obvious side effect of this is making silly mistakes when those super secret things are revealed, implemented and crash and burn making them look not so competent.
This game crashing bug with recipes? 5 minutes on the PTS and we would have told you about it. Live and learn... the PTS is sitting there doing nothing. No need to reserve it just for BIG PATCHES.
