IDEA: If someone is in a cyrodil delve, can they not count towards campaign population?

This is a big problem in PvP. DC was down to just glade, and there was no more than 30 DC players in the keep. We did not own ANY other keep, yet there was barely anyone there defending it and we were "pop locked".
When someone enters a delve, they shouldn't count towards the pop. When they leave the delve, they have to wait in que like everyone else trying to get into the campaign. Thoughts?

I have been in delves in Cyrodiil (Many, many months ago) and was not able to leave the delve.
I would get Campaign is full message when trying to leave.
I would bet PvE'rs complained and it was changed if it's not like that anymore.

✭✭So if I am in a delve on a pop locked campaign and want to leave PvP to help a friend with a dungeon I have to queue to do so? And if another player kills me I have to queue to revive?
I agree that it can be very annoying if you can't defend your homekeeps, because grinding and questing people lock your campaign, but your idea doesn't seem to be a good solution.0 -

You should have the option of leaving a delve and going directly to a PvE zone. As far as respawning in a pop locked server I do not have an answer for that.
