Torugs Pact and Masters Weapons

Does the crafted armor set "Torugs Pact" increase the "Masters Weapons" enchantment effect by 30%? I've tried to test it out, but from what I've seen it doesn't. Why is this? Because to me it seems like it should....

No, since the Master's is basically of a different 'set.' They do not stack.

You can verify this by having a 5 piece Torag's (all armor), equipping Master's, and then removing the 5th piece.

The Master's enchantment will be unchanged.

Yeah i just thought it was strange how torugs pact boosts other unique enchantments such as the one on the Alinor Bow or the Prismatic weapons, yet it wont boost the master weapons unqiue enchantment. doesnt make ssense. as long as your wearing 5 piece of torug, your suppose to get the 30% on your weapon. the weapon itself doesnt have to be crafted in that set, as long as your wearing 5 pieces of torugs pact armor. In my opinion it should boost the masters weapons.

Master's fall in a different realm because of the double enchant. I suspect if you replaced this (though you'd never get it back) with a standard enchant, you might see the difference.

Of course, in doing so, you would render it just another staff.
