Can I make a Templar Tank-Healer work?

I'm enjoying my DK on XB1 right now, and I love tanking with it, and want to eventually make a Templar, but want to have some really nice off-heals, as well. Can I make something like this work? Or is it not worth it enough to try?

Yes a Templar Tank with off heals works very well IMO.. I have a 5 pc light/2 pc heavy Vet 1 Templar Tank, Blazing shield, puncturing sweep with Breath of life on my bar along with puncture and shield charge.. I can pretty much solo most of the trash in UC.. it's a fun char to run solo, and very much worth it.. putting a resto staff and filling your off hand bar with healy staff abilities makes you a viable healer

This is still a TES game, so yea you can do any kind of build. And don't let those cookie-cutter welders get to you, play how you want not how other people want you to!

I've made it work for veteran dungeons, I run 5heavy seducer and 2 cyrodiils light, 2 adroitness,and 2 tourogs pact.

You get a deascent amount of spell power and lots or resource management.
