Need materials for Alchemist Cert.

I decided to do the alchemist certification and went to go make the potion and used the wrong type of water. Ive probably spent about 3 hours looking for the Columbine and Mountain Flower and cannot find it to save my life. If anyone could possibly send me both of the materials it would greatly appriciated.
