How Player Housing Could Work

So, if you're like me, you're probably lamenting the lack of player housing in ESO. It's an understandable omission however, when you consider the obstacles that the devs face in implementing such systems (enough space that 100 players aren't constantly going to the same building with a different instance, where they would add the buildings, etc.)

But there is a simple AND creative solution to this: personal pocket realms of oblivion.

The way I see it working is that you would earn the trust of one of the Daedra/Aedra and they give you the opportunity to own a small piece of their personal realm. Each Daedra/Aedra's realm would have it's own aesthetic and surrounding flora/fauna, and the rest would work just like the Hearthfire expansion from Skyrim.

So, what do you think? How could this idea be improved? Perhaps a guild could buy a larger plot of land allowing for a large guild hall and a certain number of mass population buildings, allowing guild members to have their own "apartments" within the realm, or even your own manor if you're important enough in the guild.
You can't see me. You can't see me. Neither can he. No one can see me.
