We don't want to do a complete rebalancing of all racial passives until the respec feature is complete so players would be able to switch over to whatever race bonuses they like the best. However in the mean time we plan to tweak the less powerful races for the next major update.

We don't want to do a complete rebalancing of all racial passives until the respec feature is complete so players would be able to switch over to whatever race bonuses they like the best. However in the mean time we plan to tweak the less powerful races for the next major update.

Junkogen✭✭✭✭✭"Tweak"? We'll see what that actually translates into. I don't think what they give us will change much. I'll just thank them ahead of time for the percentage point increase to healing received.
Can't wait for the race change. ZOS couldn't balance a scale. Sorry I'm a little jaded when it comes to Argonian passives.1 -

Is it like complete race change or only passives and you can keep your appearance?
