That said, please refrain from submitting duplicate tickets. Each ticket is handled and researched individually, and submitting multiple requests will cause a delay in being able to assist players. If you receive a reply to your ticket that doesn't answer your question or solve your problem, you can respond by just replying to that same ticket - even if it's marked as "solved"
